How fees work
Six questions about paying, answered in plain words. We do not publish prices here; we give them to you in writing before care.
Insurance we work with
We bill Medicare for spinal manipulation, and we bill other plans where the plan allows. Medicare covers only spinal manipulation. Exams, x-rays and other services are not covered, and we give you an ABN before them. After your Part B deductible you pay 20% of the approved amount.

Medicare Advantage plans, as each plan allows
Medicare supplement plans, which may pay the 20%

If you pay yourself
If you pay yourself, we tell you the fee for each part of your visit, in writing, before care begins. Nothing is added afterward.
Receipts for reimbursement
If a plan reimburses you, we give you an itemized receipt (a superbill) with each service listed, so you can send it in.
An estimate in advance
If you do not use insurance, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate. Ask us, and we give you a written estimate in advance.
Checking your benefits
Call us with your plan name before your first visit and we help you check what the plan pays. The number on your card reaches the plan itself.
What the first visit includes
A first visit is a talk, a gentle exam and a written plan with the cost. Bring your cards, the names of your doctors, and your glasses or hearing aids.
